Our payment method

Card (Visa, Mastercard) — secure card payment through a PCI DSS-certified provider.

Security

All payment details are handled over an encrypted connection (SSL), and we never store your card details on our servers. Svea is a PCI DSS-certified payment provider.

Currency and VAT

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Under the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme (OSS), the VAT of your delivery country applies — the price you see is the price you pay.

Receipt

After your order we send an order confirmation and a receipt to the email address you provided.

Incorrect payment

If a payment fails or is charged incorrectly, contact our customer service and we'll help you straight away. Refunds are always made to the payment method you used for the purchase, normally within 14 days.
