Cookie policy
Updated: October 2026
This policy describes exactly which cookies linneelektronik.com uses and why. We currently use only strictly necessary first-party cookies — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set without your active consent.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the shop to work and are always set (legal basis: necessity under the ePrivacy rules):
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _medusa_cart_id | Keeps your basket together | 30 days |
| _medusa_jwt | Your login to My account | Session |
| _medusa_locale | Your language/country choice | 1 year |
| _medusa_pending_customer | Completes account registration after email verification | 24 hours |
| _medusa_cache_id | Technical key that lets the correct market data (prices, currency) be cached | 24 hours |
| linne_consent | Stores your cookie choices | 12 months |
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Security and bot protection (Cloudflare) | Up to 30 min / 1 year |
Statistics
Our visitor statistics (for example which sections of the home page are used) are collected without cookies and without identifiers — they cannot be linked to you. If we introduce cookie-based statistics in the future (for example Google Analytics), they will only be activated with your consent in the "Statistics" category.
After consent to statistics or marketing, the cookie below is set — it remembers which channel or campaign brought you to us and is never shared with third parties:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _linne_attr | The source, campaign and landing page of your first visit (linked to your order at the time of purchase) | 30 days |
Marketing
Marketing cookies are not currently used. Advertising tools (for example Google Ads, Meta) are only activated with your consent in the "Marketing" category.
Change your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings — the strictly necessary cookies are then created again on your next visit, as the shop cannot work without them.
