After a purchase we may send a review request by email (legitimate interest) — at most one per purchase, always with an opt-out link. If a payment is interrupted or fails, we may send a reminder with a link to complete the purchase. Newsletters are only sent after your active consent, via Klaviyo. In the customer chat your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a reply. The conversation is kept by us for at most 90 days and then deleted automatically. If you ask to talk to a person, a customer service case is created and kept for at most 24 months. We never ask for card details or passwords in the chat.

Voice input in the chat: if you choose to speak instead of typing, the speech is interpreted in your browser. In some browsers the audio is sent to the browser vendor (for example in Google Chrome) to be converted into text — it does not pass through our servers. We only receive the finished text, just as if you had typed it. The feature is only used when you press the microphone yourself.
