Description

A full phone that folds down into your pocket

Galaxy Z Flip8 in Pink is made for those who want a large screen without carrying around a large phone. Unfolded it's 6.9 inches, and when folded it fits in an inside pocket — 85.7 millimetres tall and 180 grams.

The screen is top-class, in both modes

The inside is a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X at 6.9 inches with 120 Hz and 3,000 nits peak brightness — readable in direct sunlight and silky smooth in motion. LTPO means the refresh rate automatically lowers when content is static, which saves battery without you noticing.

The outer screen at 4.1 inches is more than just a clock. It runs apps, replies to messages and works as a viewfinder when shooting with the main camera — which delivers noticeably better selfies than a front-facing camera.

Camera you can stand up

The dual camera is led by a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilisation, alongside a 12-megapixel ultra-wide at 123 degrees. The front camera is 10 megapixels and the phone shoots 4K video.

The foldable form factor delivers something no ordinary phone can do: fold it halfway and it stands on its own. Group photos without an extended arm, time-lapse without a tripod, hands-free video calls on the table.

Performance and updates

Exynos 2600 with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage keeps pace with everything from maps to games. The phone ships with Android 17 and One UI 9, and Samsung promises seven major Android updates — supported well into the 2030s.

The 4300 mAh battery charges at 25 W via cable and 15 W wirelessly. IP48 means it can handle submersion in water and protects against particles larger than 1 mm — but it's not dust-tight.

What's included

In the box you'll find the phone, a USB-C to C cable adapted for charging up to 45 W, quick start guide and SIM tray ejection tool. Power adapter not included — if you need a charger it's purchased separately.
